Dual Zone for Versatile Preservation

The MILLESIMECOLLECTOR offers two distinct temperature zones.

• Upper zone: adjustable from 5°C to 12°C, ideal for white and sparkling wines.
• Lower zone: adjustable from 12°C to 20°C, perfect for red and aging wines.

This setup allows the owner to dedicate either the entire cellar or one compartment to storage and aging, while using the second for service temperature.

Connected Management with Vinotag®

Through the Vinotag® app, monitor and adjust your cellar’s set temperatures remotely, anytime. Thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity, the MILLESIMECOLLECTOR can be fully controlled from Vinotag—not only temperature but also lighting, tailored to your preferences. Its compatibility with the Vinotag wine cellar management app also gives you access to a complete digital wine log, helping you manage inventory, receive stock alerts, peak-drinking notifications, and charcoal filter replacement reminders.

Performance and Safety

A true aging cellar, the MILLESIMECOLLECTOR uses circulated cooling to create an environment tailored to your wines. Electronically adjustable, the temperature remains stable throughout the cellar to avoid disturbing the aging process. The triple-glazed grey low-e door protects your bottles from UV rays and premature aging. The built-in anti-vibration system maintains wine stability and prevents alteration. Operating at just 38 dB, it remains discreet and blends into any space. Visual and audible alarms provide immediate alerts in case of issues.

Capacity and Organization

The MILLESIMECOLLECTOR can hold up to 204 bottles*, divided between two zones: 88 bottles in the upper zone and 116 bottles in the lower zone. Its flexible layout allows you to maximize storage or highlight your finest pieces.

The integrated winter system maintains a positive temperature inside the cellar even in unheated rooms such as a garage. The lock and child safety feature protect access to the control panel, while the door benefits from an anti-UV treatment to preserve your wines. Additional alarms (temperature, open door) complete the protection of your collection.
